IN SHORTDay trips: free cancellation up to 48 hours before.Multi-day: free up to 14 days before; after that the deposit is kept.Refunds go back to the original card within 10 working days.

How refunds are paid
In EUR to the original payment method. Exchange-rate differences are outside our control.
